Mr. Siddhant Bajaj is an Associate at Expert Legal Services. He has been enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi since 2023. He holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree from Law College Dehradun, Uttaranchal University. His practice primarily focuses on civil and commercial litigation, criminal matters, including white collar crimes, and regulatory matters under Drugs and Cosmetics Act, Property disputes, Consumer disputes, Intellectual Property matters involving trademarks and copyrights, Arbitration and dispute resolution matters.
Mr. Bajaj has experience in handling matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, High Courts across the Country, District Courts, Consumer Commissions, Tribunals, and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums across Delhi and other parts of India. His work involves legal research, drafting and preparation of pleadings and legal submissions, assisting in hearings and proceedings, and developing litigation strategies.
