Ms. Bhavya Arora is an Associate at Expert Legal Services. She graduated with a B.B.A. LL.B. degree from IILM University, where she was awarded the Gold Medal for Overall Excellence in recognition of her academic and co-curricular achievements. She has also authored legal research and contributed to academic publications, reflecting a strong research-oriented approach to legal practice.
Ms. Arora’s practice covers criminal matters, including bail proceedings, trials, suspension of sentence and white-collar and regulatory offences under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act. She also handles civil and commercial litigation, property disputes, family disputes, consumer matters, and intellectual property matters involving trademarks and copyright.
