Mr. Shahbaz Singh is a legal professional with over seven years of experience in litigation, with a primary focus on criminal law and criminal litigation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in History from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi, and an LL.B. from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. He has extensive experience in handling matters before the High Court of Delhi, Trial Courts of Delhi and various tribunals, and has developed a broad practice encompassing bail, quashing of criminal proceedings, appeals, writs, matters under the Negotiable Instruments Act, NDPS Act, CBI matters, matrimonial and domestic violence disputes, as well as matters under the Prevention of Corruption Act and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
His experience extends beyond criminal litigation to civil, employment, land and revenue, rent control, partition and service matters. He has also been involved in matters concerning government authorities and statutory bodies, including complex service-related disputes. His practice involves comprehensive legal research, drafting of pleadings, petitions and applications, preparation of case strategy, client consultations and representation before courts and tribunals.
Having worked across diverse areas of litigation, Shahbaz brings a well-rounded understanding of contentious legal matters and the practical aspects of courtroom advocacy.
