Mr. Piyush Gautam is a Senior Associate at Expert Legal Services, with a broad-based litigation practice encompassing commercial disputes, arbitration, insolvency and restructuring, constitutional and appellate litigation and regulatory proceedings. Since commencing his legal practice in 2019, he has developed substantial experience in representing and advising clients before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, Consumer Commissions and other judicial and regulatory forums.
Recognized for his strong legal research, strategic approach to complex issues and meticulous preparation, Piyush caters both his advisory work and litigation practice. Alongside his professional practice, he remains actively engaged in legal academia and education, having being invited as a speaker, judge in moot court and debate competitions by various Law Schools and published research papers on contemporary legal issues.
