Ms. Rashi Khanna is a Partner at Expert Legal Services and an Advocate-on-Record in the Supreme Court of India, with over 14 years of experience in direct tax litigation and advisory. Prior to joining Expert Legal Services, she worked with leading law firms including DMD Advocates, AZB & Partners, PDS Legal and Vaish Associates.
Ms. Khanna advises and represents multinational corporations and Indian conglomerates on direct tax, international taxation, transfer pricing, regulatory and compliance matters. She regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts across having jurisdiction of India, the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), and other tax and regulatory authorities. Her practice includes tax litigation, transactional advisory, cross-border structuring and transfer pricing disputes.
She has handled complex and high-stakes tax disputes and advisory matters for domestic and international clients, including challenges to tax assessments and issues arising from cross-border transactions.
